The Monument to Animals We Do Not Mourn

is dedicated to animals that are not typically

mourned, such as cattle, chickens, turkeys,

pigs and sheep. It is a memorial for these

individual animals and a powerful historical

statement reflecting the views of many

individuals worldwide. The monument is

designed to be interactive and generative. 

When you visit....

If you appreciate its message, please leave

a stone at the base of the monument as a

show of support. As these stones accumulate

over time, they will be collected and used to

create another monument for unmourned

animals.
